Iv'e just had the results from a bone scan.
I rode 38 miles after falling off with 5 broken ribs and a badly bruised hip.
I must have been mad :?

A great weekend.
Friday night social .. was brilliant, good friends, good food and lots of laughs .
Ride out was great. An excellent 50 mile route by Kev and lunch by the canal was welcome ... and V nice!
Julie, Linda, Chelle and Nick, and Connor went to the National Memorial Arboretum.
10 minutes of rain during the ride, just long enough for Pete to get his rain jacket on ... and off again ....
We met back at the hotel just after 1400hrs, in time for Kev, David and Pete to traumatise the rest of the customers in their dirty, smelly Lycra.

Yes we enjoyed it.
Sue John B and I left about 11am to head home following Cycleruk 's example, leaving the others to enjoy their day.

OK my Strava didn’t record the mileage or elevation today. Can I manually record it? I know it was only 8 miles but I’m going to struggle to get 100 in this week and every little helps...

Yes! I once did it for a ride that didn't record. :?
Look at the top right of the screen (on PC but don't know about a mobile.) and press on the '+' . A drop down menu includes "add manual entry" and that should allow you to add a ride.
I am struggling to do 100 miles/month at the moment :(
You'll never know if you don't try it.

I'm doing the JOGLE version of our route late July 2019 ... on the motorbike, with Connor.
Any fancy joining me .... 5 nights, Travelodges, circa 150 - 200 miles a day.
Anyone else want to play ? :D

Pete get in touch please .... lost your email and the frame is in Northants awaiting collection.

OK, anyone fancy LEJOG off road next year? I have seen a route but have no idea how I'd navigate it or any of the practicalities worked out as carrying stuff off road would be a killer. Apart from that, it's as good as planned....and obviously I'm thinking fixed gear Karate Monkey....
