Yes, that's right. But it seems to have touched a nerve and for Remainers it is nice to know there are others out there.

If it were to get to 34million it might be worth taking note of it.

Last night Theresa May lumped us all together as "you". Well at least .75 million of us have made a point and found a voice.

A rallying point.

Maybe - but Brexit hasn't happened yet. It could yet be that Brexiters won the first battle but lose the war - to put it into the we won you lost context that leavers seem to like.

It's an indication of the feeling if the people, which is precious little we can hope for presently.
And it's only been going 24 hours!

I'd even sign a petition simply asking that May et al cease referring to the "people". "A relatively small majority of the people who voted some time ago...." would at least acknowledge that there ARE quite a lot of "people" who do not support Brexit in any form, whatever the "deal". Me included. And my entire, admittedly small, family. All just about as "British" as can be - even the right colour - yet none of us any longer feels that we belong here, certainly not in the "Engerland" bit.

Leavers might want to consider how many signed the petitions for no-deal (380k) and May's deal (apparently no-one supports it enough even to open a petition!) before dismissing the much bigger number signing this petition.

And yet the BBC still won't link to it. They just publish a picture of a tweet that doesn't include the whole https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/241584 address.

Meanwhile https://mobile.twitter.com/HoCpetitions ... 3865139202 reveals in amongst their excuses for the crashes that "The rate of signing is the highest the site has ever had to deal with".

I think the home secretary should remove her British Citzenship while she is out of the country so she can't come back?
I would rather allow Shamima Begum to come back rather than the terrorist Mrs May, she has done so much damage?

It's very close - I reckon 3.00 pm. 7000 short and about 1000 per minute coming in.
