Carrera Vengeance Quick Release

Help.... does anyone have this bike, I got it today and had to take the quick release front wheel off for transport I've since secured it back but the circled part in the image rubs on the spokes no matter what I do... I can't ride it, I'm a complete novice please help x

You have fitted the wheel in the wrong way round,the spokes are catching on the brake caliper where the disc brake rotor should be.
Take the wheel out,put it back in the other way round ensuring the disc rotor fits into the brake caliper. There should be a manual with the bike showing how to do this safely if not check out this video:- https://youtu.be/t7EuaJmjL-Y

Ah.... that would make sense.. I've not ridden since I was 15 :roll: #idiot! No the bike didn't come with a manual so I've googled and went by one guide saying the release clip should be on the left, wrong!
