1 year on the road, Brazil to Canada
1 year on the road, Brazil to Canada
I'm currently about 100 miles outside Mexico City, very nearly one year into my bicycle tour from Rio de Janeiro to Vancouver, Canada. I chose not to do the "traditional" route of Alaska/Patogonia as I simply don't enjoy cold weather. Latin America is amazing, mainly due to the incredible people here. My latest blog is here if anyone wants to take a look

I once worked with a lass who wanted to cycle the americas full length unsupported. Long time ago and I believe she would have been the first female if she had managed it. Although she was trying to get a film production company to make a documentary of the trip. She figured it might make it safer somehow. Her black belt probably have a bigger factor in her safety. Don't know if she ever managed it.
There's some really adventurous types out there. Good luck on the rest of your journey Kapalasa.

Looking forward to reading this blog.
Does anyone know if it is possible to reorder a wordpress blog with oldest postings at the top rather than scrolling up and down all the time?

Thanks everyone, and apologies for the WordPress layout being so painful. My previous tour blogs are on Crazy Guy On A Bike. I'd have to pay WordPress an annual fee forever more if I want to upgrade the site, and make it more reader friendly.

No problems Kapalasa, it's a great read and I'm waiting for the right opportunity to get some of your sayings into conversation!

Ok friends, I'm now in Oregon, USA and unfortunately getting closer to the finish. I have however restructured my blog so it is far easier to navigate and follow
