I believe Dr. Beeching axed his railway station.
Have we got time for another cuppa?

If you are alluding to Boston, Lincolnshire, the station is still functioning.
The Skegness train was stopped by the recent flooding at Wainfleet.

East Grin-stead I think was Beechings station, no trouble for him, he just called 'Parker*, fetch the Rolls!' if he wanted to proceed anywhere

Could that have been Sir Peter P, later chairman of BR?

It just crossed my mind that those girls who died of cancer acquired in early 20th-century watch factories were only receiving homeopathic amounts of radium.

I think there's more than sufficient [self redacted] on thayt subject here without encouraging the complete [self redacted] of homeopathy.

And seriously. We know exactly what needs to be done on coronavirus - strict compliance withh social distancing and hygiene.

It's really, *really* irresponsible to even suggest homeopathy is relevant.

This is not a time for ignorance.

I doubt that you’ll get an appropriate answer here. The ‘Scientific Community’ have decided that Homeopathy doesn’t work for anything at any time and never did - anyone who says different is simply making things up and very dangerous. You just need to run along and accept their word for it, they’re all very clever and qualified people who know what’s best for you.

The best thing that could be done with this thread is to lock it, it serves no useful purpose and is only a medium for trashing and expressing hate towards differing views.
Don’t fret, it’s OK to: ride a simple old bike; ride slowly, walk, rest and admire the view; ride off-road; ride in your raincoat; ride by yourself; ride in the dark; and ride one hundred yards or one hundred miles. Your bike and your choices to suit you.

Show me one double blinded randomised controlled trial that has shown homeopathy works.

It is a bit like signalling when driving, hard to prove someone did *not* do something, hard to prove homeopathy does not work
Whatabout placebos?

I am interested but ignorant, do not know much, did a bit of biology at school, never been sick much

Hope this thread does not get locked, the b***t thread was locked, is still I hope (+1!), that is enough
