Clear Clipboard Win 7 ?

Post by NATURAL ANKLING »

Hi,
I dunno why but when I copy and paste images into a image viewer (Faststone image viewer) , it copies the last thing I copied with windows cut and paste. It only happens in this program that computer.

All I need to do is clear the clipboard. windows 7.

Ok so win 7 is rubbish.

It copies the last thing you copied with cut and paste...
I don't follow - isn't that what's supposed to happen? What are you expecting?

There are clipboard utils which are pretty handy in that you can paste previous stuff as well as the last - i.e. they have a history.
They also allow you to delete and clear etc.

Sorry

It pastes the last but one thing I copied + maybe the last thing I copied together, as I said only within this image program.
Maybe I am doing things wrong.

Anyway the posted on google cmd.exe thing won't work I think that win 7 has no cmd.exe?

so all I want to do is to be able to clear the clipboard.
