Hi there
I just bought a xs Trek x-caliber 7 2020 yesterday.
What a stunning bike great ride, really quick. Love the gearset.
I am 5'4" inside leg 74cm.. when riding it I find the bars are very low and narrow with a lot of pressure on the palms of my hands. Seat height is correct.
I feel I want lift the handlebar height and extend them forward they feel too close. I notice when riding and I peddle whilst turning sharply it kicks/pushes my foot off the pedal.
I will be taking it on long ride soon to see how I settle in with it.
My previous bike a Giant Talon3 2010 xs model 14" frame 26" wheels fitted really wheel very comfortable, loved it, rode for hours on it.
So I don't know the newer bike models, and need assistance in setting the Trek up to be comfortable ride.
Any thoughts help is appreciated.
Thankx
Leon

Re: Bike Sizing Trek x-caliber
You've bought one size too small. You should have an S not an XS. https://www.trekbikes.com/gb/en_GB/bikes/mountain-bikes/cross-country-mountain-bikes/x-caliber/x-caliber-7/p/28062/?colorCode=grey#SizingAndFitComponent

Re: Bike Sizing Trek x-caliber
Thank you for the reply, I will go back to the shop tomorrow afternoon and see what they can do to help me with it.
They did not size/fit me up before ordering it or before handing it over to me.
