I thought there might be a quaker connection. Then I looked at the B1355 road (Norfolk). Too complicated. Normally with cryptic puzzles, you know when you've got it.

Is the half-timbered house just in front of the church of St Peter and St Paul in Lingfield, not far from the Lingfield lock-up https://www.prisonhistory.org/lockup/lingfield-lock-up/ and the racecourse where you can place bets at a wide range of odds?

Yes please, more puzzles

Here a couple of easy questions
Bangor (Wales) is twinned with Soest (Germany), with which town in NL is Soest partnered?
Wolfgang Wolf was a German footballer and manager, which eponymous club did he work for?
What job was held by Bob Reid (BR) and by Sir Robert Reid (BR)?
