Ergotec Customer Service

Post by Witterings »

Has anyone had any experience with Ergotec Customer Service ???

I've sent them to 2 e-mails about trying to get a replacement bolt for a Futura Seat post where the Allen key head's stripped and they've totally ignored both of them .... I've been using the kontakt@ergotec.de address on their site.

There is a different section with a form for warranty claims but with the customer ID and other information they ask for it looks like it's intended for their re-sellers rather than for Joe Public.

Would have thought a German company their customer service would be excellent.

No experience, but they're probably gearing up for Eurobike at the moment.
Their contact form may be more reliable as there is little risk of your enquiry going to the spam folder.

I'll give that a try and see if I get a better response, I didn't initially as you can't send attachments and the 1st e-mail was over 2 weeks ago now.

Like the pic of your Labrador ... we've looked after Canine Partners dogs at weekends for nearly 3 years, the one we were currently fostering was expelled and it became official yesterday that we'll be keeping her :D

Germany: Good for quality, not so good customer service
I wish it were as easy as riding a bike
