First post for the Op.
Speaking for myself I never would have thought myself capable of doing a bike tour until I tried a supported tour along the Danube. Then I discovered how wonderful it was, and how surprisingly easy it was.
Op, I'm sure a quick Google will throw up results. The company I used was RadReisen based in Austria. I've no idea if they do Denmark.
I found them fully competent and any problems were my own responsibility due to not reading the instructions properly!
All the logistics were fully taken care of which meant a totally stress free trip.
If this is your first tour - be careful!! They can be addictive!

Inntravel do a couple of cycle tours in Denmark -- neither are very long, but perhaps that's ok, if you're just dipping a toe in the cycle-touring water? I haven't used them for a cycling holiday, but for other things I've had very good experiences (in terms of communications, organisation, etc). However (or perhaps: therefore...) they are not at all cheap...

No direct experience, but I know someone who has done a couple of holidays with https://ruby-rejser.dk/eng-welcome who do cycling holidays in Denmark.
You could also have look at AktivDanmark. the website is not available in English, so you'll have to use a translator, but they have advice & offers on active holidays, including cycling https://www.danskturismefremme.dk/aktiv-ferie/cykling
There is also a national cyclists' organisation https://www.cyklistforbundet.dk/
I imagine they have some resources, but you might have to call or email to get information in English.

I've never used a tour company, but can understand why some people would want to. It can be a bit daunting at first to have to organise everything. However, each facet is fairly simple nowadays, particularly with the internet enabling you to book everything.
I've listed a couple of companies below, but most here would wince at the cost. About £1,000 each for an 8 day unescorted tour is a lot of money.
If you think you would like to have a go at organising your own trip, please supply info on what sort of trip you want. As much info as possible, including: own or hire bike; distance; accommodation type; where do you want to go; how getting there; etc.

As said.Do it yourself..Much cheaper.I always organise trips myself.I do fancy "saddle skeddadle " etc..but they are mad expensive..I do like the idea of group cycling, and having hotels, luggage transfer etc arranged. .Having Cycled Ireland,Netherlands,Scotland,Germany(Rhine,Moselle etc)I found Denmark a bit boring, and towns very far apart in places...Cycling,like many things in life,is such an individual thing...My perfect bike riding so far is Germany River valleys. 50 mile per day max.....lots of places to stay...look at.Dedicated cycle paths vast majority of way....etc etc...I was dissapointed with my Denmark trek.Arranging accom as you go is easy with booking .com...Airbnb etc...camp...whatever...Start off small and see what works for you...Enjoy..

Hi
Eurobike , an Austrian company, has cycling holidays in Denmark. WE have used them for the last 4 years (Brenner Pass to Verona, Villach to Trieste and others) and they are brilliant. Everything was perfect and they are cheaper than the equivalent UK companies.
