Reynolds will supply replacements for modern versions and license H Lloyd for earlier replacements. With both you have to demonstrate it's a Reynolds frame you want it for. Complaining that a counterfeit is poor quality? Good I'm glad it is, the more obviously fake the better.
True enough - but I use several other outlets when I (very honestly) re-do the Reynolds Decals on my refurbs
