Depends on how many good legs you have! I navigate between benches.

First post is an example of what I mean. I have found several more field gate barricades since.

Fair point, but there was a nice picnic bench just out of shot. It just wasn't as pretty as the pond or my bike. :-)

I steer clear of benches as other people sit on them

I take a little collapsible stool: I need to sit down but am careful over benches.

'Hidden dog wires', against hare coursing presumably ?
The pop-up 'flap cafe was sheltering from a bit of welcome rain under L&L bridge 40 during yesterday's exercise.
I was trying hard to imagine the plant growth out of the opposite side of the arch as some sort of 'Zen' (whatever that means) garden with bonsai tree whilst I was stood there, an over-active imagination no doubt.

With no cafes open you would think 'cafe-legs' would not exist...
Today it seems I had non-cafe legs following our non-cafe flask of tea and currant bun stop.

Today’s cafe has potential but needs a little work :)

Has a great view mind you.

Sat by a pool alongside the L&L we did not have to look for wildlife as wildlife found us.... 11 Ducklings and a large Rook.

Siting on a stile by a field gate today a stoat (or was it a weasel) ran past me and across the road.

Reminded me of how to tell them apart - a weasel is weaselly distinguished but a stoat is stotally different.

The old ones are best
