Tortec rack light plate

Post by Milfred Cubicle »

Does anyone know what the curved bits on the ends of the light bracket are for? I understand the mountings for a light, but these curly bits look like something useful...but I can't imagine what! Saveloy/Pepperami holder?
Cadbury's Fudge holster?

It was just a visual suggestion from Google - it doesn't look ideal for that as it isn't properly round but I suppose it kind of works.

I think the idea of carrying emergency fudge/salami/pepperoni supplies on rides would be much more fun though!

Hi
Yes, as shown on the Zyro-Fisher-Tortec website
To my eye the tube is out by 90°and would be more suited to a front carrier; not all rear lamps are designed to be mounted in different orientations
