I have a Raliegh Mustang E road bike with 650b wheels,the problem is road clearance,when the pedals are at the lowest point any slight lean and the pedals are touchlng the road surface.There is plenty of clearance om the frame and forks for 700c wheels and tyres.My question is what effect would this have on all the various electronics? Info greatly appreciated.
