Pink is back- quel horreur

Post by atoz »

Couldn't quite believe my eyes,a cycle jersey in pink in male sizing https://www.wiggle.co.uk/dhb-aeron-shor ... -jersey-4/

That will freak out the sportive types wearing all black kit riding bikes with black transfers on an all black background. They'll have to invest in pink bikes to match their on-trend jerseys. I might now have to go all black just as a wind-up lol..

Does it matter? I honestly wonder what your motives were in mentioning it?

You obviously haven't seen the Rapha jerseys for men in pink?

Judging by the frequency he wore one this guy didn't seem to mind riding in a pink jersey.

My mountain bike was bubblegum pink for a number of years. I had seen a custom Roberts MTB The same colour in a magazine and really liked it.
I never received any negative comments.....But then I didn’t get any positive ones either!

The older I get the more I’m inclined to act my shoe size, not my age.

Also available in a range of colours to match your bike looking at the link.

Nowt wrong with pink it is highly visible, just don't like it being thrust at me the way many manufacturers marketed pink and girlie kit when they finally woke up to the fact we are not small men and don't fit men shaped cycle kit....

Sportive types  We're all just people riding bikes, cycling would be better off without the tribalism. Wear and ride what you want, and accept that others will do the same.
