Mike F - thats a great story... she sounds similar to my collie, Skye. Even on my bike I don't stand a chance of keeping up with her and when she wants to stop she just stops instantly and I tend to swerve into the nearest bush!! She loves it!

"Many bikejorers use bayonets" it says

Really scary!

Thisis common in Holland. But I'd like to have a quick release for when the rabbits/squirrels appear.

When I take the penny farthing out of the shed, Ginette's yorkie comes running out dancing on his rear legs and tail going ten to the dozen.
He goes into the racksack which I have to wear back to front, because he likes to see where he's going

Excellent Post!!! I have never heard of this before, I wonder if I could use my Jack Russells? They certainly enjoy pulling.
