Shimano Ultegra FC-6604 chainset

I have been trying to get hold of some replacement rings for my Shimano triple chainset, but cant find new ones anywhere. Are there any other shimano rings that might fit?

I sold a set recently.

They are 130 bcd outer and middle and 74 bcd inner, I’m now using TA rings with no problems.
