I’m new to this GPS stuff being an old school maps man.
Review comments criticise the Lezyne for poor turn by turn navigation. That seems a fundamental reason for getting one - at least on the unfamiliar roads I’ll be on. Or have I got this wrong?
I think it depends on what you put into it. The old saying rubbish in rubbish out
I’m on day 4 of a tour and still haven’t needed to charge the Lezyne Mega xl
Every day’s route was created in cycle.travel and every TbyT has been perfect.
I also had to use the Lezyne routing from the app to change a little bit at the end of day. Only about 7 mls but perfect.
Also just importing a gpx as I do from MapOut and following a bread crumb is fine too. Just remember to load offline mapping for the area you’re in.
