Rear light with Brake capability

Post by oilman4345 »

Hi;
Any recommendations on the above? I prefer a saddle mounted light as I have a dropper post.
Thanks in advance.

I have a B+M Toplight LineTec Brake Plus that detects deceleration from the hub dynamo:

Do some have internal accelerometers or work off the brake system?

Cateye do some eg like this, but my limited experience is that the brake light function is easily set off by road 'irregularities'...(Or in tech. terms, the cross-axis sensitivity of the accelerometer sensor is too high for UK roads.)
