Can anyone point me towards a supplier for a spare zipped inside pocket for the Orlieb Classic Back-Roller pannier?
I've looked at their website spares but nothing there.

Ghyllside cycles ambleside. They're a big supplier of ortlieb and touring specialists. If they haven't got it they'll get it soon enough I think.
Re: Ortlieb Inside Pocket
Are you sure that this exists as an Ortlieb product?
It isn't on their website or mentioned in the instructions for that pannier. And the pocket is described as "integrated".

Thanks but that's not the one, though SJS are a good idea so I'll look further.
FYI below is a photo of the said pocket, which doesn't look too bad but has completely gone along the base.

If you like it, why not repair it? I've found that a dollop of Copydex is ideal for attaching a patch of fabric to something like that. FWIW, I had one just like that and I found it a waste of space and I think I binned it quite recently. I'm a big fan of Ortlieb but IMO that was one of their duds (but don't let me sway you.)
Re: Ortlieb Inside Pocket
There are/were 2 versions of said pocket, one was held in place via the screws for the fixing bar, the other used two plastic tabs that slotted behind the top of the stiffener. AFAIR they stopped fitting them in Back Rollers @ 10 years ago although they were still included in the Shopper pannier last time i looked.
As far as i can see, currently the only similar item they supply as a part/spare is https://hollandbikeshop.com/en-gb/bicyc ... -4-5-e141/ which is intended for bar bags but i'm sure you could easily adapt for pannier use.

Convention? what's that then?

Mine was like that and as I've suggested, useless. The idea that you could remove it from the pannier then drape it round your neck with your valuables never worked for me. On reflection, my negative review is caused in part by having once caught one of those plastic tabs under a finger nail inflicting excruciating pain. (Yes, I am a softy.)

If there's no replacement I will repair it but thought I'd check on a replacement first, just in case - probably needs stiching to make it properly sound.
As said, my wife uses these for shopping and puts her purse and other stuff in it. For myself I find they're of marginal / some use but, notwithstanding, great panniers.
Thanks Graham

Re: Ortlieb Inside Pocket
My panniers, back roller classic, pro plus and front roller classics, all have a mesh, zipped pocket with the body also effectively forming a pocket behind the mesh part. I think that's what's currently in them but your photograph shows something different. Plus are fixed in with the bolts that attach the outside rail that holds the attachment hooks. I once lost one of those bolt nuts in the way home. Fortunately I found it inside the pannier and the other part was still attached to the pannier. I since put threadlock on it after that.
