Missing Cycling

I have had a Prostate biopsy about 5 years ago now and a prostate reduction surgery 2 years ago. I need a PSA test every year. I give up cycling a week before the test it’s due this Thursday. So I cycled last Thursday normally I cycle commute to work Every day with 20 - 30 miles Tue and Thu and a long ride on Saturday. The theory is that if you don’t cycle before a PSA test you get a true reading. I didn’t realise quite how much I would miss cycling I know it’s only a little while. I can’t imagine what it would be like to not cycle again. An e bike or conversion is the way to keep me riding when I get older and more decrepit.
