My positives includes the 12 days holiday I've not taken being carried over to this year. If things open up I'll be having an extra summer holiday I think in the van. I get statutory minimum holidays and have to reserve 5 for shutdown. This leaves just 15 days I can choose so those extra 12 will be a real positive that will pay us back well. Assuming we're not going to have a 2021 like 2020 was of course. If it's another pandemic and lockdown hit year then my biggest positive isn't worth much.
