Plastic waste - mega tonnes

Ice cream is another money maker as it's 50% air and the 50% that isn't air is 50% water. After the plastic container the costliest items are low temperature storage and distribution.

Bianchi water bottles - okay they look great on a colour coordinated Bianchi, but oh my, £60 a pop, for a plastic bottle!
