They say that "Singapore is a fine country": you pay a fine for any little misdemeanour, such as eating on the MRT (underground train), crossing the road in the wrong place, etc.

Admittedly the article does a also show that the authorities are clamping down on motoring misdemeanours - although they don't appear to be fining people for driving in a line of more than 5 cars.

We dont visit Singapore often,and if we do ,we stick to a quartet.Malaysia is better as they are more relxed,except Koala Lumper.
