Awful editorial in The Times today. Reads as if written by Mr Loophole.(Behind a paywall). Registration, insurance, even 'road tax'...the lot. That's the same Times which 10 years ago ran a 'Save Our Cyclists' campaign after one of its staff was critically injured riding to work.
