STI levers for small hands
Re: STI levers for small hands
I believe SRAM are the only levers which are adjustable for reach and size of hands. Not cheap, but they are the only option!

Dearer but you need to control a bike.
Re: STI levers for small hands
The first design of Campag levers were suitable for riders with small hands. I have a pair of Xenon 10 speed levers which pull the same amount of cable as Shimano 8 speed, so good for 8 speed shimergo. Works perfectly for me. I couldn't get on with Shimano STI's, far too big for my small hands.

Shimano Sora R3000 are adjustable for reach. I have small hands, I have Sora levers, I have adjusted them for reach. Shimano may make other levers that are adjustable.
