Pure Electric are closing most of their stores, concentrating on scooters (presumably online) and dropping the pretence that they had an interest in E-Bikes.

I applied for a part time job there a couple of years ago, I thought I might be the right demographic to sell E-Bikes but the entire interview was about how great scooters are, I think I might have blown my chances when I asked how they dealt with the legality.

Re: Pure Electric store closures
Hi,
I have been looking at purchasing a Pure electric bike, based on this recent news would you recommend against it?
I am worried if I have issues with the bike that I will have no store to take it to for any warranty repairs.
Sorry I am new to this forum and this post just came up after a google search.
Thanks

The Pure Electric store in bristol is a place I very rarely venture into, if I do it's for less than 20 seconds as they have hardly any accessories on display.

Shame they are closing stores. I had great service from Pure in Newcastle when I had a charger problem.
