Thank you. It would be a better touring bike if it had bottle cage bosses

I’ll get some added at some point but it’s a shame as the paint is in very good condition.

Nice. I've been running a similar system for several years now. Shimano 105 8 speed rear with 10 speed xenon shifters. Front shifting was an issue and I changed to a campag front mech due to the shifting force required to shift a 105 front mech. With a MTB pull ratio for your triple it looks like that would have been a better match. Enjoy.

The front is a 9 speed campag veloce triple. Works fine, no issues.

Yose power rear hub motor kit ( with 13ah battery seemed like it was made for the second hand carrera subway ( the one with the hydraulic brakes ) -- the swap of cassette and brake disc onto to new electric wheel was easy, especially with the tools supplied in the kit.

The installation of the PAS was the simplest and best I've ever seen. Remove the crank with the puller tool provided. Slip on the sensor -- it clips into place like it was made for this bike and looks like it was there from the factory ( very impressed with this bit )

After many years of reluctance I have decided to try carbon forks and disc brakes in the form of a Spa Elan that nicely fits a gap in the capability of my other bikes. This bike also sports a short, upright riding position that I never thought I would get on with. On the contrary, it’s showing every sign of being a winner.

New (to me) tractor unit for the shopping trailer, following the demise of the last one through lack of maintenance.

A single speed “ Bitsa” made from a cheap old Halfords steel MTB frame and parts lying around in the garage. Needs a longer seat post and rear brake but rides surprisingly well.
