Nearly came unstuck recently booking through a 'split fare' website - didn't realise the train was Lumo so no bike!
Seems crazy that they are allowed to operate (and claim to be greener!) with no bike spaces at all!
Have now paid more and booked on LNER - hoping the hooks are vaguely usable!
