My friend recently bought a Moulton from a neighbour as a winter restoration project.

It still seems to be available on the website you linked to. Why can't he buy it from there?

That's the fall back solution if he can't find a 2nd hand copy.
He's in no hurry as it's a winter project. He has stripped it down sufficiently to reveal a crack in the trailing fork chain stay so is pondering the best way forward. :(

I've seen early Moulton frames and parts for sale at Newark Autojumble. Guessing that's a bit far for him though.

Thankyou, he has been browsing the excellent bicycle hub resource but needs to find a repairer willing to beef up the trailing fork. Someone mentioned that the Argos brazing repair wasn't a satisfactory effort. Anyone know of specific repair services local to Somerset.
