Around 9 or 10 inches off your inside leg measurement will give a rough figure of what frame size is required. I am 32 1/2 and I always ride 23 inch frames. I can go down to 22 1/2 or up to 23 1/2 which I have done in the past, but I dont like 23 1/2. On old style bikes I see quite a few with frames way too big, if anything its best to go a little smaller as with seat pin lenths available now the small difference can be catered for. If you go too big you are stuck with it. When you are sat on the bike with cranks horizontal the top tube should be between your knees. Hope this helps those who dont know.

Glad you have sold. Someone has a great bike there. These sales do take time but I have found someone always comes along.

Mainly aimed at the right people on there. I have sold bits with them. Cycling UK has modernised to cater for commuters and recreational cyclists now and has shifted away from the Touring side greatly. Sadly it is not CTC anymore and in honesty I only stay with them for the insurance and my old style DA type section insists on it so that I can ride with them. Cycling UK have killed the touring side for sure. Just a Charity now.

Agreed. Spa are good bikes and value but they are no where near as good as a Jackson, Mercian, Woodrup etc. They just do the job, but the British built frames like this really turn heads, A TIG welded frame isnt something that inspires me....especilally being a retired Sheet Metal Worker.
