Raising hight of handle bars/ stem

Has anybody had cause to try and raise the handle bar on giant fast road e pro electric cycle as the fork is cut to fit from new.
Reason for enquiry the computer is mounted on bars plus cablel to it and may make it to tight in turning them.

I was in a similar situation. I purchased handlebars with a 4cm rise. So the computer stays at the same height, but the handles are higher
