Bell @ The Range

Post by Shoogle »

A new 'The Range' has opened near me recently so I popped in today. Amongst the usual cheap tools and lights in the bike department was a Retro Bike Bell. At only £4.49, it's a bargain. Loud with a pleasant and long lasting tone, it seems well made. It's similar to https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/bells-horns ... ll-copper/

I have one of those Crane bells, but in brass - it makes a lovely and loud 'ping' - I even get compliments from some of those I've pinged!

The Range bell isn't quite as blingy as the Crane one. It eventually stops having a loud, deep ring but it can be repaired with a small rubber washer under the dome. Good buy for less than a fiver.
