Tag along for two children
Tag along for two children
I am working with a disabled male who wants to have his two children accompanying him on bike rides. Does anyone have any suggestions how this can be accomplished. Thanks
Re: Tag along for two children
Welcome.
What sort of machine can he ride? And how old are the children?
Jonathan
PS: One of my children has a Pashley tandem trailer trike tagalong which hooks onto her tourer solo bike. Excellent.

If his disability doesn't preclude him riding a (more or less) conventional bike something like the Circe Helios can be built up as a triplet, e.g.Jmf wrote: 4 Oct 2023, 11:19am I am working with a disabled male who wants to have his two children accompanying him on bike rides. Part of this will depend on the children, i.e., how old and competent/confident they are. One or both of them may be able to ride independently. If one or both are at the pre-pedalling stage then a cargo bike/trike may be the way to. E-assist is a fairly common option these days, so you don't have to do all the work up hills yourself.

Often seen riding a bike around Dundee...
