arthritis and handlebars

Well, I've looked at "Thumb" shifters on the web. Agreed, you can change with the palm of your hand, but I would much prefer the simple rotation and for me, I stick by what I say.
I have bar ends on my Thorn that I get on okay with and STI/Ergos on my Kinesis and I get on fine with them.
