Yes you can as Gaz shows, but they are only Gifs and not videos.

Only way really is to open a YouTube account and upload your video and post a link to to it.

Personally, I'd like to attach a Pdf rather than just pictures.

Since I think this would be a very useful feature, you now can embed YouTube videos in posts!

Click the new YouTube button, which inserts [YouTube][/YouTube] tags into your text, then copy-and-paste the YouTube video ID between them. Get the video ID from the YouTube URL (after the "v=" in the URL).

For example, entering:

[YouTube]qyz5d3entBw[/YouTube]

results in the following post...

[youtube]qyz5d3entBw[/youtube]

And now also Vimeo videos, for example:

[vimeo]2716712[/vimeo]

results in the next post:

It's great having inline video. Is there a way to set the start and end time of a section of a YouTube video?

I know how to do this in a URL, but not in this forum.

Not currently possible, but it might be feasible to add start and stop times to the BBcode tags as options. I'll have a look.

Just add "start=120", or however many seconds you want, in the opening [youtube] tag like: [youtube start=120]...
