I purchased a camera from Drift Innovation, and it failed after very little use. I contacted Drift Innovation who gave me an RMA number and an address to send it back for investigation / repair. They claim never to have received it, despite Royal Mail's photographic and signature evidence to the contrary. Furthermore, apart from automated acknowledgements, they have not responded to my multiple requests for further information.
I would suggest that people think carefully before dealing with these people.

Update 3rd March 2024: I received a replacement camera on 29th Feb 2024, (more than 6 weeks after sending it to them) and shortly after referring the matter to my credit card provider under section-75 of the consumer credit act.

Drift have been good for me. The first Gopro compatible mount I received was a ridiculously tight fit on the camera. They sent another FOC. It's tight too but slightly better.

Replaced it with a GoPro hero 9 last year and wish I'd done it sooner. Better camera all round and better customer service too based on my experience
