For a bit of fun, sarcasm and cynicism are encouraged.
As you may know, many schools have a motto on their sign.
e.g. nurturing potential, inspiring minds excellence for all.
The aim of this game is to:
Report any funny versions or make funny ones up.

There is a large secondary school near me with a sign at the entrance saying 'If you want to let any of our facilities contact ****' I'm tempted to thank them for their kind offer, but wouldn't they prefer to keep the rental income for themselves?

Our Sarah (the youngest) of our two girls was at Oxford Brookes studying for a Bmed Science degree. Sarah is 6ft blond and Slim.
So one evening she went into one of the clubs in Oxford where apparently the coats of arms of all the colleges in Oxford are painted on the ceiling when a Mr posh tried chatting her up "Oh hello and which college are you from" quick as a flash Sarah replies "Ravenclaw" which as we all know is from Harry potter, It seems he spent most of the night wandering round looking at the ceiling.
Well some mothers do have em.

Percussive maintainance, if it don't fit, hit it with the hammer.

When I was at school, the motto was, "In loco parentis".
Possibly because the main line passed just outside the school fence, the pupils always translated this as, "Father drives a railway engine".
