Little changes

Post by UpWrong »

I had a really enjoyable ride on the Nazca yesterday, and to think I came so close to selling it. Glad I didn't. It's a confidence thing which can grow with little changes. The seat plays a big part. The AZUB hard shell fits me so well. I can have it reclined enough not to slide forward whilst still being able to look around, balance ok and stop and start reliably. Maybe the 160mm cranks suit me better than the 150mm cranks I had previously. And the 28-42 super compact double provides easy, simple, reliable gear changes. It just seems to require less thinking about gears than with a triple. The rear suspension is wonderful and the long swing arm is probably activated by impacts on the (fixed) front fork too. The aerobars are comfortable and one handed steering is a doddle. It was quite breezy yesterday so I appreciated being more laid back than on my other bikes. It's a keeper :D .
