Now we have something / quite-a-lot to discuss and celebrate.

Have you been putting yourself through this ever since Lance was exposed?*
You need to find something else to watch.
Not too much to be honest but seeing how fresh he looked after that 'amazing' time trial just adds a tiny bit of caution to the result.
Like others I fully believed in Armstrong and defended him many times from critics.
I truly hope Pogacar is just a once in a lifetime super athlete.

Tell me how much aero-improvement you would find believable.
Are you saying those that can’t keep up, get tired, look totally spent don’t have the same aero improvement at their disposal?

Start again: what exactly is it that led you to think "For me it has now become unbelievable."
My original comment was left after stage 19. Pog made an explosive attack and made everyone else on that last climb look as if they were stood still. Surely that’s a big effort even for talented athletes yet we see no signs of effort. The same signs that we see on every other rider crossing the finish line behind him.
Whatever I am, wherever I am, this is me. This is my life

Equally likely to be a pointed criticism of the Slovenian Cycling Federation for not selecting Urska Zigart (Pogacar's girlfriend) for the Olympics.

Much the same way that current Olympic road race champion Richard Carapaz (not selected by the Ecuadorian Federation to defend his title) has been "reminding them" of their error by winning a stage, wearing the yellow jersey and winning the KOM classification!

Could be a bit of both, of course!
(obviously I'm not party to all the selection issues, but superficially at least not taking UZ seems a bit bizarre given her domination at both TT and RR in the Slovenian Nationals this year 🤷‍♂️)

Pete.
Often seen riding a bike around Dundee...

OK, thanks for the clarification.

Quite a subjective judgement call; I guess you have your own instinctive reaction.
