I built a map to find sign-posted cycling routes across Europe and useful POIs (like campings). Feedback is welcome!

Organic Maps also allows edits if you link your OSM account. It is really suitable only for new points or editing tags of existing things like points and buildings.
I am NOT a cyclist. I enjoy riding a bike for utility, commuting, fitness and touring on tout terrain Rohloff, Brompton M3 and Wester Ross 354 plus a Burley Travoy trailer.

Thought I'd look at campsites in my area of S Essex. Nice to have something local for campervan weekend escapes. Some I didnt know and may investigate come summer.

However I doubt these are open to public.

New development  Just released early version of the route planner. It heavily favours existing cycling routes. It shows surface statistics and if you hover over given surface you will see it on the map.

If you think they are not open to public you could either edit it in the OpenStreetMap or just add a note. Some local mapper will see that note and could try to fix data in OSM. At first, editing OSM can feel overwhelming but after few edits it's get easier :) Editing single POI (camping) is a nice first edit to do.

London Edinburgh London is not a signed route. You need to check your data.
