From the briefest look at Mr Google's answer,
".....the nonprofit behind B Corps: Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose".

Not the highest standards, as it means they spaffed money licensing the "B Corp" brand instead of spending it towards their objectives.
