Help the text on my tablet when using the forum has shrunk. Can I find how to make it larger. I know it's there, someone will know.

What sort of tablet? Which web browser?
There will be a "Reset Zoom" or "Zoom: 100%" setting somewhere in your tablet's browser settings.

I've set the font to max when browsing the internet but the issue I have is solely with this forum. I've adjusted the font size on here before but now cant find the tool.

phpBB doesn't have a way to adjust the font size for individual users.
You might be able to use a browser CSS plugin to override the site style to make the fonts bigger, but the easiest is to increase the Zoom level in your browser.

Thanks for your help. I've now found the zoom and set the slider accordingly. I've put the magnifying glass away.
