No, it’s just a standard Wi-Fi only iPad.
However, I found this in the EE Community Help Pages

Welcome to the community.
If you add the TNT Sports £20 add-on, it would be a rolling monthly plan, so if you cancel at any time, you'd still have access until the next bill cycle.
You'd get access to discovery+ which will enable you to watch the TNT Sports channels, plus the other discovery+ channels through the discovery+ app on your Apple TV.
The TNT Sports add-ons are excluded from our annual price increases, so there would be no change in March. If there is any change in the future, you'd be informed before a change takes place.
There is more information on our Watching TNT Sports with EE help page.

As far as I can tell, you have to complete the registration for TNT Sports on a device with an EE SIM. Once registered you are then given a TNT ID and logon, and you can then use that log on to watch on any device

I’ve asked a question on their community pages, since on the second help page it does say you can only watch TNT with a device with an EE SIM, but it also says you can watch on Apple TV and Firestick, which obviously don’t have an EE SIM.
