^ More likely Trump will have ICC arrested!

"The visit comes as Trump is later expected to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court later on Thursday for targeting the US and allies such as Israel, the BBC understands"

Given moves against DoJ etc Trump is moving faster and more comprehensively towards total 1-man rule than even Hitler achieved.

That's not very fair on Hitler. Trump is nearing 80, whereas by the age of 56, young Adolf had fought in 1 world war, and ended another!

Nice point! But then I'm not especially worried about being "fair" on either of them!

Of course none of the holidaymakers on the Gaza Rivieria would ever be terrorist targets......

But there won't BE any terrorists. They'll all be dead or reformed and living in new housing developments in nice surroundings. Mr T says so.

Presumably revoking security clearance from Biden and numerous other opponents a first step to prosecutions. Now that DoJ firmly under his control
his ."......return to the White House will put him in a position to push for criminal charges against his political opponents, such as former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress."
Apparently some Republican critics also in his sights.
If they're lucky might get deported to Gazusa?

Oligarchs/plutocrats.

Russia is a state captured by oligarchs; the USA is being captured as we watch; the UK is being carefully readied for the same.

True, but complete state capture by oligarchs/plutocrats is a bit beyond that, to where the entire state apparatus is re-engineered to serve the interests of a small plutocracy/oligarchy, with the rest of the population being farmed rather in the manner of sheep, or perhaps battery turkeys, kept only to be exploited.

The process involves using all means of persuasion available, in the most sophisticated manner, to persuade the turkeys to vote for Christmas in one final free and fair election, and then, clang, the door of the pen closes, with the turkeys inside, and the farmers outside.

Getting beyond comment....

"I'm committed to buying and owning Gaza. As far as us rebuilding it, we may give it to other states in the Middle East to build sections of it. Other people may do it through our auspices. But we're committed to owning it, taking it, and making sure that Hamas doesn't move back," he said, without explaining who he would buy Gaza from and how the US would own it.

"There's nothing to move back into. The place is a demolition site... The remainder will be demolished," he added. "But we'll make it into a very good site for future development by somebody."

Trump said people from all over the world would be able to move to Gaza and promised to "take care of the Palestinians".

"We're going to make sure they live beautifully and in harmony and peace and that they're not murdered." (BBC News)

Engineering a reason for the additional, final, demolition of a development site, rendering restoration/rebuilding too costly, depressing the sale price and lessening the cost of site-clearance ....standard real estate practice.

"US President Donald Trump has said if Hamas does not release all remaining hostages from Gaza by midday on Saturday, Israel should cancel the ceasefire and "let hell break out"

Ahead of a meeting with Jordan's King Abdullah later, Trump suggests he may withhold aid to Jordan and Egypt if they don't co-operate with his plan to take control of Gaza and resettle the population in the two countries.. "

Wonder when I'll be able to book my hols at Gazusa...

A less prominent, but possibly equally strange Trumpism (likely Musk-inspired) is his use of tariffs to “go for” the government of South Africa over their land reform ideas, including offering to take SA farming families (I don’t think you need the “white” in front of that spelled-out) who might have their personal land-holdings reduced into the USA as refugees.

A Muskism, I'd agree.
