A friend of mine was, before retiring, both an MD and a registered osteopath, so they're not averse to one another.

It's a bit arm-wavey which would be best for any given ailment, and as noted above different practitioners of alternative medicine may have different approaches, techniques and specialisms.

If this were me I'd go and see the osteo I've previously visited, because he's sorted a neck issue for me before (before appointment couldn't look over my right shoulder, after appointment could do with no problem, issue presumably caused by just sleeping in some awkward posture).

Not sure if it’s already been mentioned but Redshift do a drop bar called the Top Shelf, that is 50 or 70 mm higher than a normal drop bar. They also do a similar flat bar.
