Well they don't "advertise" in the traditional sense at all - they use targeted marketing and social media to focus on high net worth individuals, celebrities etc, they don't sell you a Lamborghini - you are invited to buy one. So your question falls at the first hurdle really.
Philip Benstead wrote: 18 Apr 2025, 5:46pm I say again what are they selling to whom and how do they measure it.
You can't just ask the same question multiple times. What do YOU think that
a) CUK *should* be selling and
b) what CUK actually *are* selling?

If it's not clear to you, why not?

As an aside, it is quite difficult to "sell" cycling since any idiot can ride a bike without any knowledge of Cycling UK, British Cycling, RTTC, Audax UK, the UCI, London Cycling Campaign etc. I can ride a bike anywhere legal without ever having heard of those organisations, without knowing (or caring) what they stand for and without any intention of ever joining them.

I have seen no evidence that Cycling UK are selling Lamborghinis.

Not sure why there's such a downer on Lamborghinis here.

I've always been a fan, particularly the vintage ones.

This colour scheme would look great on a bike too.

Lamborghini make agricultural tractors.
I am NOT a cyclist. I enjoy riding a bike for utility, commuting, fitness and touring on tout terrain Rohloff, Brompton ML3 (2004) and Wester Ross 354 plus a Burley Travoy trailer.

It's very close to this forum's current colour scheme.

The nearest to a Lamborghini tractor forum I could find was this: https://www.forum4farming.com/forum/ind ... ors.11142/ The first few posts are confusing to the uninitiated because they're comparing it to a brand called Same.

The banner doesn't fit the forum's current aesthetic, I am sure I'll get used to it.
The background colour of the version of the new logo at the bottom of the Cycling UK webpage is possibly a better fit aesthetically for the forum?
