Why do you think " its worth pointing out"?. Is it really " worth pointing out"?.
Ive always found it an interesting part of maths because it ends up creating something that isnt always intuitive at first glance, and lots of people double up on lights to reduce an expected failure
I wouldn't have thought lots of people put extra lights on just to reduce an expected failure.

Failures are not expected but the consequences of one essential part failing could be devastating.

Risk factors should feature in your maths they make maths more interesting still.

It also increases exponentially the chances you'll have to fix or replace the broken light.

Prison sentence for causing death by dangerous driving reduced from four years to one to three years on review (driving ban increased from six to seven and a half though)

One year in the clink and a three-year driving ban for a lethal hit-and-run.

"Ivers was charged with dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice, Kent Police not charging him in relation to the collision itself."

(Which is presumably why the sentence is less than the 'Causing death by dangerous driving' minimums.)
