The late owner of these was a pretty handy time triallist back in the day. They have been left in his shed since he died about four years ago. Now his widow is moving and I’m disposing of them.
They are both being sold ‘as seen’. They both need tidying but are far from basket cases. Seat posts are free, gears and brakes work. Rust is superficial. Hard to value these, I’m open to offers but let’s say about £250 each. Would possibly consider swapping some bits around to help sell.
RIBBLE: probably c 1990. Reynolds 708 Classic tubing, Cinelli lugs, Columbus drop outs, internal rear brake routing. Campag Chorus (?) 52/42 chainset, C-Record front and rear derailleurs, Campag brakes.
Beautiful 28 spoke sprint wheels with Omas hubs, front radially spoked, rear wired and soldered with 7spd block. Campag seat post but no seat or pedals.
BLUE/WHITE: make unknown. No clues from frame numbers. May be 708 tubing but unproven. Slightly better all round condition. Rideable as is; clincher rims - I pumped tyres and they are still up, Selle Royale saddle, Look pedals. Similar spec but Super Record rear mech, 56/46 chainrings, 9spd block, Mavic CXP22 rims. More pics just PM me.

Pics for bike 2. (The bottom bracket had been given a rough coat of red oxide to protect against rust which I removed to find frame numbers.)
