Trump probably thinks Japan is China!!
(Brexit never happened either!)

Watch this below and and you might be forgiven for thinking it an AI spoof.

And Starmer doesn't show any sign of a squirm!
Cars and Aerospace (a euphemism?).

Save me from these loonies.

Starmer is an eminent human rights lawyer. He's used to being in the company of unsavoury characters for a living.

And he now accepts their behaviour as normal and indeed to be emulated. At least he'll be able to defend himself......

I think that's a misrepresentation.

Oh I accept that.

I see that he is between a rock and a hard place too.
Brexit is a big factor.
But it is painful to watch this stuff.

Cars and Aerospace are to be our saviours?
I don't think so.

What did we give up?
What are the fine details of this agreement.

Trump's ignorance of global politics is astonishing.

I think we're just an act in the Trump soap opera, we're the small country that he did the deal with because that was required by the script.

Do you mean Japan were bombmed into surrender? Presumably meaning the two nukes.
I was going to suggest that, but there was already a substantial land invasion under way.
Not sure what the questioner's criteria were!

That scene required Trump to be the Bigly Dealmaker, bestriding Global Trade like an orange colossus.

Well in that scenario it's a disaster.
Drop and fumble the papers.
Call the UK the EU.
And all the other nonsense he keeps spouting.

50/50 chance of US finally taking revenge for the stars n stripes doormats at all Iranian official buildings?

BBC News....breaking;

"Trump brushed off the rejection, saying "good luck", but again declined to disclose his plans. "I mean, nobody knows what I'm going to do," he said.

"Unconditional surrender – that means I've had it."

The news of Trump backing strike plans was first reported by the Wall Street Journal."

Will trump authorise the use of bunker busting bombs on the nuclear sites. The longer he leaves it the Iranians have a chance to move there stockpile of enriched possibly bomb grade uranium to safer sites. A football sized amount is all one needs for a bomb. I think he will offer talks to Iran to allow inspection of the sites but if they prevaricate and stall he will strike.
On the balance of probabilities I wouldn't wait. :(

Trump claims to know the Supreme Leader's whereabouts and that an easy target, but decides against a hit. Netanyahu has no such qualms re assassination of a head of state and has called for it.
Trump might share the knowledge and the means and simply watch Iran descend into failed state chaos (cos he presumably knows do not have a deliverable nuke).
